Non-standard frame: it is a stable frame with no support for lifting the reducer and motor on the mixing equipment. The frame is also used to stabilize the shaking shaft.

The non-standard frame can be divided into: no fulcrum frame, single fulcrum frame and double fulcrum frame.

In practical application, the non-standard frame is used to replace the shaft of the coupling of the elastic block coupling and the shaft of the reducer, and the base bearing or intermediate bearing should be removed. In this way, the application conditions of single fulcrum stand are simplified by using the rack.

But it is only suitable for the situation where the agitation is not strong, the power is small, and the bearing load is smaller.
